Use of Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics of Google LLC on our website. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").
Insofar as you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the controller of your data. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company associated with Google which is responsible for the processing of your data and compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
The purpose of the data processing is to analyse this website and its visitors. To this end, Google will use the information obtained on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymisation is activated on this website. This means that your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
Google has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement and is thus obliged to comply with European data protection guidelines.
You can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].

Use of the remarketing or "similar target groups" function of Google
We use the remarketing or "similar target groups" function of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website.

If you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the controller of your data. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company associated with Google which is responsible for the processing of your data and compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
The application serves the purpose of analysing visitor behaviour and visitor interests.
Google uses cookies to carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. The cookies are used to record visits to the website and anonymised data on website use. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
Your data may be transmitted to the USA. Google has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and has thus undertaken to comply with the European data protection guidelines.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996? hl=en

Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme "Google Ads" on our website and within this framework conversion tracking (visit action evaluation). Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

If you are habitually resident in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the controller of your data. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company associated with Google that is responsible for processing your data and complying with the applicable data protection laws.
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we will be able to recognise that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked across Ads customers' websites.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used for the purpose of creating conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
Your data may be transferred to the USA. Google has certified itself under the US-EU "Privacy Shield" data protection agreement and has thus undertaken to comply with European data protection guidelines.
You can deactivate personalised advertising for you in Google's advertising settings. You can find instructions on how to do this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de.
Alternatively, you can prevent the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the further opt-out information mentioned there.
You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

Use of Facebook Remarketing
We use on our website the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; "Facebook").
The purpose of the application is to target visitors to the website with interest-based advertising on the Facebook social network.
To this end, the Facebook remarketing tag has been implemented on the website. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when the website is visited. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When you visit the Facebook social network, you will then be shown personalised, interest-related Facebook ads.
Your data may be transmitted to the USA. Facebook has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and has thus undertaken to comply with the European data protection guidelines.
You can deactivate the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" here.
For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and ways to protect your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

Use of Google AdSense
We use the AdSense function of Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google") on our website.

If you have your habitual residence in the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) is the controller of your data. Google Ireland Limited is therefore the company associated with Google, which is responsible for the processing of your data and compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
The data processing serves the purpose of renting out advertising space on the website and targeting visitors to the website with interest-based advertising on this space.
By means of this function, personalised, interest-based advertising ads from the Google Display Network are displayed to visitors to the provider's website. Google uses cookies to analyse your use of the website.
The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Google has certified itself in accordance with the US-EU data protection agreement "Privacy Shield" and is thus obliged to comply with the European data protection guidelines.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=de.

Use of payment service providers (payment services)

- Apple Pay
If you choose the payment method "Apple Pay" of Apple Distribution International (Apple), Hollyhill Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland, the payment processing is carried out via the "Apple Pay" function of your terminal device operated with iOS, watchOS or macOS by charging a payment card deposited with "Apple Pay". Apple Pay uses security functions that are integrated into the hardware and software of your device to protect your transactions. In order to release a payment, you must enter a code that you have previously specified and verify it using the "Face ID" or "Touch ID" function of your terminal device.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process, together with information about your order, will be passed on to Apple in encrypted form. Apple then encrypts this data again with a developer-specific key before the data is transmitted to the payment service provider of the payment card stored in Apple Pay to carry out the payment. The encryption ensures that only the website from which the purchase was made can access the payment data. After the payment has been made, Apple sends your device account number and a transaction-specific, dynamic security code to the source website to confirm the success of the payment.
Insofar as personal data is processed during the described transfers, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Apple retains anonymised transaction data, including the approximate purchase amount, the approximate date and time, and whether the transaction was completed successfully. Anonymisation completely eliminates the possibility of any personal reference. Apple uses the anonymised data to improve Apple Pay and other Apple products and services.
When you use Apple Pay on the iPhone or Apple Watch to complete a purchase made through Safari on the Mac, the Mac and the authorisation device communicate over an encrypted channel on Apple's servers. Apple does not process or store any of this information in a format that can identify you personally. You can disable the ability to use Apple Pay on your Mac in your iPhone settings. Go to "Wallet & Apple Pay", and disable "Allow payments on Mac".
For more information about Apple Pay privacy, please visit the following web address: https://support.apple. com/en/HT203027
- Google Pay
If you choose the payment method "Google Pay" of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"), the payment processing will be carried out via the "Google Pay" application of your device running at least Android 4. 4 ("KitKat") and equipped with an NFC function by charging a payment card deposited with Google Pay or a payment system verified there (e.g. PayPal). For the release of a payment via Google Pay in the amount of more than €25, the prior unlocking of your mobile end device by the respective verification measure set up (such as facial recognition, password, fingerprint or pattern) is required.
For the purpose of payment processing, the information you provided during the ordering process together with the information about your order will be passed on to Google. Google then transmits your payment information stored in Google Pay in the form of a uniquely assigned transaction number to the source website, which is used to verify a payment that has been made. This transaction number does not contain any information about the real payment data of your payment means deposited with Google Pay, but is created and transmitted as a one-time valid numeric token. For all transactions via Google Pay, Google only acts as an intermediary to process the payment. The transaction is carried out exclusively in the relationship between the user and the source website by debiting the means of payment deposited with Google Pay.
Insofar as personal data is processed during the described transfers, the processing is carried out exclusively for the purpose of payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO.
Google reserves the right to collect, store and evaluate certain transaction-specific information for each transaction carried out via Google Pay. This includes the date, time and amount of the transaction, merchant location and description, a description provided by the merchant of the goods or services purchased, photos you have attached to the transaction, the name and email address of the seller and buyer or the sender and recipient, the payment method used, your description for the reason for the transaction and, where applicable, the offer associated with the transaction.
According to Google, this processing is carried out exclusively in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1. lit. f DSGVO on the basis of the legitimate interest in proper billing, verification of transaction data and optimisation and functional maintenance of the Google Pay service.
Google also reserves the right to merge the processed transaction data with further information collected and stored by Google when using other Google services.

In order to enable the processing of the payment, your personal data (first name and surname, street, house number, postcode, town, gender, e-mail address, telephone number and IP address) as well as data related to the order (e.g. invoice amount, article, delivery type) will be passed on to Klarna for the purpose of checking your identity and creditworthiness, provided that you have expressly consented to this in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO during the ordering process. The calculation of the score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to Klarna. However, Klarna may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary to process the payment in accordance with the contract.
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna's data protection regulations for data subjects based in Germany https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_de/privacy
or for data subjects based in Austria https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_at/privacy

The transfer takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO and only insofar as this is necessary for the payment processing.
PayPal reserves the right to carry out a credit check for the payment methods credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "purchase on account" or "payment by instalments" via PayPal. For this purpose, your payment data may be passed on to credit agencies in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of PayPal's legitimate interest in determining your solvency. PayPal uses the result of the credit check in terms of the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the provision of the respective payment method. The creditworthiness information may contain probability values (so-called score values). Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, they have their basis in a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. Performing credit checks

.

- General debtor and collection service
If we make advance payments (e.g. delivery on account), we reserve the right to carry out a credit check on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures in order to safeguard our legitimate interest in determining the solvency of our customers. We transmit the personal data required for a creditworthiness check to the following service provider in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO:
Allgemeiner Debitoren- und Inkassodienst GmbH

Insofar as score values are included in the result of the credit report, these have their basis in a scientifically recognised mathematical-statistical procedure. The calculation of the score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. We use the result of the creditworthiness check with regard to the statistical probability of non-payment for the purpose of deciding on the establishment, implementation or termination of a contractual relationship.

Use of social media: videos

.

Use of Youtube videos

.

This website uses the Youtube embedding function to display and play videos from the provider "Youtube", which belongs to Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google").

The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, only triggers the storage of user information when the video(s) is/are played. If the playback of embedded Youtube videos is started, the provider "Youtube" uses cookies to collect information about user behaviour. According to information from "Youtube", these are used, among other things, to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive behaviour. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to have your data associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO on the basis of Google's legitimate interests in the display of personalised advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right. The use of YouTube may also result in the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.
Independently of a playback of the embedded videos, a connection to the Google network is established each time this website is called up, which may trigger further data processing procedures without our influence.

.

For more information on data protection at "YouTube", please see the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

As far as legally required, we have obtained your consent for the processing of your data as described above in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "Cookie Consent Tool" provided on the website.

Online marketing

Facebook Pixel for the creation of Custom Audiences (without Cookie Consent Tool)
Within our online offer, the so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook is used, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Quare, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook").
If a user clicks on an advertisement placed by us, which is played on Facebook, an addition is added to the URL of our linked page by Facebook Pixel. If our site allows data to be shared with Facebook via Pixel, this URL parameter is inscribed in the user's browser via a cookie that our linked site sets itself. This cookie is then read by Facebook Pixel and enables the data to be forwarded to Facebook.
With the help of the Facebook Pixel, it is possible for Facebook, on the one hand, to determine the visitors to our online offer as a target group for the display of advertisements (so-called "Facebook Ads"). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to those Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offer or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in certain topics or products determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called "Custom Audiences"). With the help of the Facebook pixel, we also want to ensure that our Facebook ads correspond to the potential interest of the users and do not have a harassing effect. This allows us to further evaluate the effectiveness of the Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by tracking whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called "conversion").
The data collected is anonymous for us, so it does not offer us any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook data usage policy (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/). The data can enable Facebook and its partners to place advertisements on and outside of Facebook.
The data processing associated with the use of the Facebook pixel is carried out on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in the evaluation, optimisation and economic operation of our online offering and our advertising measures in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The information generated by Facebook is usually transmitted to a Facebook server and stored there; this may also involve transmission to the servers of Facebook Inc. in the USA. To object to the collection by the Facebook pixel and the use of your data to display Facebook ads altogether, you can set an opt-out cookie by clicking on the link below, which deactivates Facebook pixel tracking:
Disable Facebook Pixel
This opt-out cookie only works in this browser and only for this domain. If you delete your cookies in this browser, you must click on the above link again.
To the extent legally required, we have obtained your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO for the processing of your data outlined above. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In order to exercise your revocation, please follow the option described above for making an objection.

Google AdSense

This website uses Google AdSense, a web advertising service Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). Google AdSense uses so-called cookies, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. In addition, Google AdSense also uses so-called "web beacons" (small invisible graphics) to collect information, through the use of which simple actions such as visitor traffic on the website can be recorded, collected and evaluated. The information generated by the cookie and/or web beacon (including your IP address) about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server and stored there. This may also involve transmission to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

.

Google uses the information thus obtained to carry out an evaluation of your usage behaviour with regard to the AdSense ads. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google AdSense will not be merged with other Google data. The information collected by Google may be transferred to third parties if this is required by law and/or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

The processing of data described above is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the purpose of targeting the user with advertising by advertising third parties, whose ads are displayed on this website on the basis of the evaluated user behaviour. This processing also serves our financial interest in exploiting the economic potential of our website by displaying personalised third-party advertising content in return for payment.

Use of Google Ads conversion tracking

This website uses the online advertising programme "Google Ads" and, within the framework of Google Ads, the conversion tracking of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland ("Google"). We use Google Ads to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising media (so-called Google Adwords). We can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are in relation to the data of the advertising campaigns. In this way, we pursue the goal of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you and achieving a fair calculation of the advertising costs incurred.

The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your end device. These cookies usually lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot therefore be tracked across Google Ads clients' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for Google Ads customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. Clients learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can block this use by deactivating the Google conversion tracking cookie via your internet browser under the keyword "User settings". You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. We use Google Ads based on our legitimate interest in targeted advertising pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. The use of Google Ads may also involve the transmission of personal data to the servers of Google LLC. in the USA.

As far as legally required, we have obtained your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO for the processing of your data as outlined above. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your revocation, deactivate this service in the "cookie consent tool" provided on the website or alternatively follow the option described above to make an objection.
